Terms & Conditions

1. If payment does not clear or is not made for any reason your tapes will not be returned until you cover the return postage cost. If such payment is not received within 60 days your tapes may be destroyed.

2. We take NO responsibility for ensuring that your tapes and other material are delivered to us.

3. All despatches of goods/materials are made and insured via the Royal Mail and must be signed for.

4. We keep proof of posting receipts. Compensation for undelivered items will cover cost of replacing your tape with a blank tape and the ordered prints (provided you notify us of the non-delivery within 30 days).

5. If your tape is lost or irretrievably damaged by our equipment or staff we will supply you with a new blank tape. Tapes are delivered to us on the understanding that we will take reasonable precautions to ensure their safety, but that equipment can fail and cause damage to tapes.

6. We cannot process tape formats other than those stated as being compatible with our services. If unsupported formats are posted to us we will return them and refund the order value less the cost of return postage and an administration fee of £4.00. We cannot process film.

7. Goods will normally be dispatched within 14 days of your cheque clearing into our bank account.

8. Once goods have been dispatched any claims for non-delivery will be subject to the terms and conditions laid down by the  postal/delivery service contracted to deliver the goods. Our preferred delivery provider is the Royal Mail, but other providers may be used depending upon circumstances.

9. All photos supplied are prone to fading. Especially if poorly stored/displayed. Direct sunlight will eventually cause deterioration of your prints and should be avoided.

10. Copyright of all images remains with the original photographer. Photos-from-video reasonably presumes that any video sent to us by you is your own private property and that you own the rights to copy and distribute the contents of the tape in anyway you see fit.

11. By placing an order with us you authorise us show your video to an appropriate law enforcement officer, if we think that the content may be prohibited /contravene any aspect of United Kingdom Law.

  Generally, prohibited content includes (without limitation) any of the following types of Content:

    a. Content we believe is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or 
    otherwise inappropriate.

    b. Copyrighted material that is used without the express permission of the owner.

    c. Content that violates or encroaches on the rights of others.

    d. Content that advocates illegal activity.

    e. Content that harms minors in any way

12. We accept no responsibility for videos/images that are, for any reason, confiscated by a law enforcement body.

13. We do not recommend that you send original video tapes through the post. We recommend that you send copies only.

14. If insufficient payment is not received we may refuse to process your order until full payment is received.

15. The quality of the pictures you receive is largely dependent upon the quality of the video recording supplied to us. We do not claim to be able to improve the quality of the captured video frame other than in a minor way.

16. All pictures are printed on an inkjet printer using glossy inkjet paper approx 250gsm weight.

17. Terms may be changed or updated at any time, but you can always find the most recent version here. In the case of inconsistencies between these Terms and information included in off-line materials, (e.g., promotional materials and mailers), these Terms will always prevail. We suggest that you periodically check this page to make sure you are up to date

18. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
