not made for any reason your tapes will not be returned until
you cover the return postage cost. If such payment is not
received within 60 days your tapes will be destroyed.

ensuring that your tapes and other material are delivered to us.
3. All despatches of goods/materials
are made and insured via the Royal Mail and must be signed for.

Compensation for undelivered items will cover cost of replacing
your tape with a blank tape and the ordered prints
(provided you notify us of the non-delivery within 30 days).
5. If your tape is lost or
irretrievably damaged
whilst in our care we will supply you with a new blank

within 2 days of your cheque clearing into our bank account.

contracted to deliver the goods. Our preferred delivery provider
is the Royal Mail, but other providers may be used depending
upon circumstances.

fading. Especially if poorly stored/displayed. Direct sunlight
will eventually cause deterioration of your prints and should be
avoided.

may be changed or updated at any time, but you can always find
the most recent version here. In the case of inconsistencies
